Winemaking

The grapes were hand-picked, carefully selected and 100% destemmed at the winery. This wine was vinified in small steel stainless vats at 16ºC with previous slight cold skin maceration.

Tasting Notes

Viosinho is a grape variety with great potencial, perfectly adapted to the soft slopes and to the clayey and well drained soils of Quinta do Gradil. Viosinho gives this citrus colored wine clean and elegant aromas, where the white-fleshed fruits are evident. Its strong mineral component is evident both in the aroma and on the palate, where the elegance and the balance are surprising. The finish is consistent and long.

Food Suggestions

Perfect with strong flavored fishes, rich salads, game birds or even light meats. Drink it at the temperature of 10 Cº.
