Mula Velha Colheita Red
History
In this region quite different wine profiles are made, due to the diversity of reliefs and micro climates, in several places of the region. The proximity with the capital, provides an increase of knowledge of these wines with temperate maritime influence, like the bordeaux profile. Many national and international specialists bet on the wines of Lisbon as one of the most interesting regions along with a great future.

Winemaking
Selected grapes were carefully pick up and totally destemmed upon arriving on the cellar. The fermentation occured in vats with robotic pump-over with a controlled temperature at 25ºC.
Tasting Notes
Grenade color, with red fruits aromas. In the mouth is soft and round, with balanced acidity and ripe and elegant tannins.
Food Suggestions
This MulaVelha Red will pair perfectly with Lamb chops with bay, paprika & chickpeas or Roast turkey with spiced cranberry, bacon & walnut stuffin.
