Mula Velha Premium Red
History
In this region quite different wine profiles are made, due to the diversity of reliefs and micro climates, in several places of the region. The proximity with the capital, provides an increase of knowledge of these wines with temperate maritime influence, like the bordeaux profile. Many national and international specialists bet on the wines of Lisbon as one of the most interesting regions along with a great future.

Syrah, Touriga Nacional and Alicante Bouschet.
Winemaking
Selected grapes were carefully harvested and totally destemmed upon arriving on the cellar. The fermentation occured in small stainless steel tanks, with controlled temperature, followed by a 3 months ageing in oak barrels.
Tasting Notes
This wine holds ripen red fruit aromas coupled with smoky notes given by aging in French oak barrels medium toast. Soft and full bodied on the palate, with long finish.
Food Suggestions
This Mula Velha Red Premium will pair perfectly with Grilled red meat, strong flavor cheese and Asian squash salad with crispy duck.
