Quinta do Gradil Brut Sparkling
With a long history dating back to the century XVII, and being owned by the Marquess of Pombal, Quinta do Gradil remained in possession of this family with a strong wine tradition until the mid-twentieth century. Located in one of the best terroirs of Lisbon region, with more than 100 hectares of vineyards, Quinta do Gradil holds high quality wines, reflecting strong experience combined with high technonoly.
Grapes were manually harvested early September. Slight cold skin maceration in the pneumatic press before fermentation. It lasted 18 days at 16ºC. After fermentation, it was submitted to batonnage throughout 30 days. The sparkling process was applied by the champenoiese process.
Strong aromas complexity and great character, combined with freshness and delicate acidity. Tiny and smooth bubbles, gives exceptional characteristics to this sparkling.

Our Sparkling should be consumed at 8ºC temperature as appetizer or taken with roasted pork and light meats or even after meal as a celebration.
