After a manually picking up, the grapes were totally destemmed, and transfer to a pneumatic press where occurred skin maceration for some hours, ate low temperature. Fermentation occurred in small stainless steel vats at 16ºC, during 14 days.
It presents a light citrus colour. Lemon, vegetal fresh notes and a small hint of tropical fla-vours characterized these aromas. In the mouth is intensity crispy and glacier with a long finish.
Delicious with freshly shucked oysters or scallop sashimi with tomato.
